Moya Sutherland
Moya Sutherland is a senior level business and technology consultant who has worked for some of the most respected global consultancies. Before joining Ideal Interface, Moya had worked for over 13 years in structured business analysis – of this, over 7 years in external consultancy. Her expertise includes Intranet development, CRM Systems, Communications, Value Management and supplier portal design.
Moya worked for a leading PC manufacturer before moving into consulting. Having worked on ‘both sides of the fence’, she has the ability to empathise with clients, especially in terms of their objectives and pressures, and to translate this into effective key deliverables.
Within consulting, she continued to work in the manufacturing arena and further gained experience in transportation, aerospace, government and finance industry sectors.
She has extensive experience of delivery of end to end solutions, operating with the client from the point of concept, methodology selection, collaborating with the design team, testing right through to stakeholder sign off and final delivery.
Moya is comfortable building and sustaining relationships across all levels of seniority. She has a particular empathy in bringing cross functional and, at times, conflicting parties together to meet on common ground.
She is highly motivated with a proven track record in achieving targets and has twice won awards for outstanding performance in customer focus and commitment.
Away from work, Moya enjoys spending time with family and friends and is developing a reputation within the company for her baking skills.
